Expert Merchant Solutions is an independent merchant services sales representative based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We help business owners compare their current card processing costs with the merchant services and processing programs we represent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Square, Clover, Toast, Stripe, PayPal or any other processor named on this site.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our form, call, text or email us, we may collect:

• Your name, business name, phone number, email address and city
• Your current processor and approximate monthly card sales
• Processing statements, sales reports and fee reports you choose to send us, which may include sales volume, transaction counts, fees paid, card types and similar business financial details
• Anything else you include in your messages to us

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. Numbers you type into our rate calculator stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, full card numbers, bank account numbers or Social Security numbers through this website or by email or text. If you later decide to open a merchant account, that application is completed through the provider's own secure process.

• Business transfers, if our business or client relationships are transferred to another party, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information

5. Calls, texts and emails

When you submit our form or contact us, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by call and text message, about your fee review and related services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or telling us. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages needed to service an account you have with us.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools such as Vercel Web Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure traffic, understand which pages are useful, and show our ads to people who may be interested. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook settings. Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

If you do not become a client, we delete or anonymize statements you sent us within a reasonable time after your review, unless you ask us to keep them for a future comparison.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, such as password-protected accounts and limiting access to people who need it. No website, email or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
